Responsibilities:
- Implementation of a commercial strategy for all key clients at the regional level
- Assistance in developing short- and medium-term customer strategies in accordance with the general national sales policy
- Implement regional pricing strategies and set prices for customers accordingly
- Analyze available data sources and identify customer growth opportunities
- Assistance in planning the sales forecast and preparing the budget of trading expenses to achieve profitability targets
- Development of annual business plans and effective promotion plans for regional clients under the guidance of NKAM
- Conduct and manage the annual negotiation process with key clients
- Constantly monitor and adjust volume and profitability targets using existing sales reports
- Use the perfect store audit to effectively manage the execution in the store
Requirements:
- Proven track record of at least 3 years of professional experience in managing key clients and/or field personnel, ideally with experience in FMCG
- Experience in category management is preferred
- Cross-functional experience in trade marketing/consumer marketing is a plus (optional)
