Job Description
For an international E-Commerce Company we are looking for a
Key Account Manager Italy
Main Duties:
- Responsible for the success of Italy's KA, supporting customers to achieve branding & marketing & sales target by providing customized online solutions based on customer's needs, adjusting online business strategy based on market's feedback, training to empower KA's e-commerce capacity.
- Build good customer relationship with dedicated service.
- Collect clients' request and pain point and improve KA user experience and platform performance by cross-work of different team.
- Deep dive to featured export industry, collaborating with search team and ads team for gaining more accurate traffic for KA.
- Grow KOL community and create success story to enhance company awareness through diverse social media/event with the collaboration with marketing team.
- Enhance the efficiency of Advertisement and other commercial service
Requirements:
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years experience in e-commerce/digital service companies or Export/Trading company. Good knowledge of local e-commerce and trading environment and ecommerce key account manager experience.
- Sensitive to B2B products, insight into user psychology, business analysis, user experience analysis, and user data analysis, etc. Have a mature and effective management and operation methods.
- Rich experience in customer life cycle management and local service planning capabilities.
- Strong capability of communication, listening, able to understand the client needs
- Results-oriented, optimistic and quick learner
- Native in Italian. Fluent in English.
