Key Account Manager (m/f/d) - Full-time

seeking a skilled, experienced & responsible Key Account Manager (m/f/d) to join their team on a full-time basis. As an experienced sales professional, you will be responsible for expanding the business in the food retail sector in Germany.
Responsibilities:
- Expand the business in the food retail sector in Germany.
- Manage key customers and implement brand strategies.
- Develop and execute sales, revenue, and profit planning.
- Acquire new customers and build national and international customer relationships.
- Design and implement creative POS campaigns and sales promotion strategies with our Trade Marketing and Marketing departments.
- Create a customer strategy as part of the overall sales planning process.
- Maintain and develop long-term customer relationships to achieve sustainable penetration of assigned customers.
- Analyse sales and market trends and report them to management regularly.
- Be responsible for the results and budget of regional and national key accounts.
- Plan, prepare, execute, and control listing and annual meetings.
- Assess risks and develop price/sales scenarios based on an excellent understanding of customers while keeping an eye on the competition.
Requirements:
- You have a degree in business administration with a focus on sales & marketing or similar relevant qualifications.
- You have already gained three to five years of relevant professional experience in the support of regional / national top key accounts in the branded goods sector and have a proven sales track record
- You have an excellent network at your disposal
- You work in a solution-oriented manner and enjoy leading a team
- You know and understand the world of retail. You know what is important to buyers, what challenges await you on the way to maximum distribution and actively plan measures to meet them
- You have a very good knowledge of the purchasing and distribution structures of German retail, knowledge of consumer behaviour and the market as well as in the area of category management.
- You bring an independent, analytical, solution-oriented and responsible way of working as well as a willingness to travel with you.
- You want to work in a young company, build up your own team and look after important customers.
- You are interested in fitness & nutrition and are keen to become part of a young and dynamic team
