Main Responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with key clients in Romania, including regular visits and structured follow up. 
• client performance, volumes, service quality, and specific needs.
• Handle commercial issues together with clients and internal teams.
• Prepare and present client performance reports to management.
• Support pricing, contract discussions, and terms of cooperation.
• Identify new business opportunities in intermodal transport and contribute to business development.
• Monitor competitors and market trends in the Romanian transport sector.
• Submit visit reports and follow up on tasks agreed during client and internal meetings.
• Support major tenders to and from Romania and align each step with the headquarters team.
• Contribute to analyses that help develop and adapt services for the Romanian market. 

Requirements

•  Experience in logistics or intermodal transport in a client facing role.
• Proven experience managing key accounts and handling negotiations.
• Good understanding of pricing, tenders, and transport market dynamics.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
•  Experience working with international teams is an advantage.
• Good English skills, spoken and written.
• Availability for regular client visits in Romania. 

Preferred Profile

•  Direct experience in intermodal transport with client management responsibility.
• Knowledge of the Romanian logistics and transport market.
• Additional foreign languages are a plus.
