ROLE: Key Account Manager – Electronic Systems (M/F)
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The Renault KAM is accountable for covering ongoing activities with the existing Customer, according to the organization and assigned tasks.
The Key Account Manager is accountable to develop further business and grant profitable growth with the existing Customer. He/She is in charge of building and consolidating the network with France/EMEA (Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance); he/she is also required to participate in all the interactions with the Customer.
The Key Account Manager is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities according to Customer needs.
The ELS Renault Key Account Manager will work within the Electronics Division, with a team of ~25-30 people in total (R&D, quality, logistics, plants, costing, finance, etc.), including one person in the Guyancourt sales department to manage.
The main travel will be to the Renault head office in Paris to manage their French perimeter and Nissan UK, for existing accounts, and other JOEM customer locations (i.e. Bruxelles -Toyota) + Japanese and Italian business trip to meet the company's team, product launch…
Regular exchanges are planned with the Group's R&D centers, Sales & Marketing, and Finance teams in France, Italy, and Japan.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the RFQs/RFIs from the Customer according to Division/Function process, via early customer engagement to co-create opportunities
- Manage the CR (Change Requests) quotation, commercial agreements and contractreview
- Commercial management of on-going production & development projects, and new customer/product business development.
- Planification to manage of ELS products family (display, cluster, telematic, cockpit, body,…) plus domain controller as a new product trend
- Cooperate with all the company functions, during offer/development/industrialization of Projects, by coordinating the internal activities as client, provider and member of a cross- functional team
- Participate to the activities of all the involved functions with whom the customer has direct contact, to ensure a consistent and cohesive service
- Own and execute the pricing offers for product or parts or services based on business targets and competitor analysis
- Guarantee the accuracy and the maintenance of the pricing lists, based on contracts and commercial negotiations and the update of the commercial reporting database
- Foster and maintain Customer relationship to ensure the retention of existing business
- Identify Customer and market needs to prepare tailored offers
- Responsible for customer’s satisfaction and customer’s claims
- Participate to the definition and continuous improvement of the Business Plan
- Continuously collect from Sales & Marketing, Customers, Product Management, Engineering Leaders information on the product features, technology trends, architecture trends, expected price evolutionYour profile - Qualifications and diplomas:
EDUCATION (SCHOOL/SPECIALIZATION): Technical or Economics University degree or similar
LANGUAGES: French (bilingual) and fluent English (TOEIC or equivalent appreciated), another language is preferred.
EXPERIENCE: At least 5 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing organization or technical fields.
Experience with Renault customer appreciated. Experience in electronic orientation is strongly appreciated.OTHER:

CONTRACT TYPOLOGY: Permanent Contract - Executive status (Manager Grade)
OTHERS - Possible agreement for teleworking two days per week.
ANNUAL GROSS SALARY: Range from 75.000€ to 90.000€ fixed salary, depending on the candidate's profile and experience.
TARGET BONUS: PEB Bonus 10%.
