Job Highlights
➢ Bachelor Degree in Engineering
➢ Experience: 3 to 9 Years in Automotive Tiers Sales.
(preferably from plastic automotive components)
➢ Experience in automotive OEM Marketing/Sales preferably from plastic automotive components.
Job Description
Responsible for taking care of important customers within relevant industries in Thailand to ensure the sales target can be achieved. Implement and intensify sales activities to ensure the customer relationship are built up, developed and maintained
Key Responsibilities:
➢Work closely with Sales Manager to implement customer-level-strategy and sales activities for assigned accounts
➢Coordinate between customers and internal departments in terms of Price, Quality, Delivery, Safety, Environment and Sales Forecast to meet customer satisfaction. (OEM such as FORD, Nissan, Isuzu, Mitsubishi etc.)
➢Prepare reports related to sales function, quoted prices, preliminary production capabilities, and support activities from customers.
➢APQP / Project key milestones, and Internal team communication.
➢Develop individual customer plan and action items to gain market share in target accounts
➢Responsible for actively identifying, negotiating and maximizing new business opportunities
➢Providing quotation and coordinating with internal stake holders for securing new business
➢Generate a visit plan and conduct regular visits to customers to build rapport and attend to enquiries
➢Share and impart technical knowledge, skills and experience to customers by providing technical consultation
➢Gather and feedback market & competitors’ information to Industry Segment Manager and Marketing Team
Qualification & Requirement:
➢Bachelor Degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or in relevant industry
➢Good command of English
➢Good interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of people
➢Self-driven and self-motivation
➢Ability to work under pressure
