You’ll build and manage key hypermarket accounts (targeting Lidl, Mega Image, etc.)

You’ll report to a regional manager known for leadership and empowerment

You’ll be groomed for future promotion into a sub-regional leadership position
Key Responsibilities

Win and grow national retail accounts

Expand client/product portfolios and conduct regular field visits

Handle pricing, promo planning, and client negotiation

Drive shelf analytics, competitor benchmarking, and sales forecasting

Ensure compliance with payment and delivery terms

Hit individual sales targets and report on KPIs
What You Bring

3+ years in sales (FMCG preferred)

Hunter mindset with client-facing confidence

Strong Excel and MS Office skills

Romanian fluency + good English

Self-motivation and leadership potential

Willingness to travel (50%+) across Bucharest and nearby areas
