Key Responsibilities:
- As KAM, you'll be the one responsible for establishing high customer engagement through thorough understanding of growers & channel needs; supporting customers to increase demand for company's solutions.
- You'll be accountable for delivering sales assigned targets & lead assigned customers and KA to achieve business targets and review account’s performance against KPI’s.
- As KAM, you're asked to apply effective grower, channel and influencer segmentation & deliver distinctive value proposition to customer.
- One of your main accountabilities is to ensure an accurate weekly forecasting / planning with customer and providing relevant updates during the weekly sales report.
- The KAM is the one who creates and delivers Account strategies through implementation of KA plans, & optimizing deployed resources.
- You'll be working closely with multiple stakeholders to coordinate Account activities as the Technical, Portfolio, Customer service, Sales, and Marketing teams.
Key Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in key account management, sales &/or marketing.
- Agriculture experience is highly preferred, (those with pharma/ nutrition experience can apply too).
- Fluent English is a MUST.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Team-player & ability to deal with multiple stakeholders.
- Problem solving mindset.
