Founded in 1998, our client is the world's leading provider of IT infrastructure products, solutions, service with Headquarter in China and European HQ in Germany. Currently we are looking for Key account manager for European team and working place is The Netherland, hybrid working is permitted.
The Account Manager is to carry out account development and relationship management activities to maximize sales of its products and solutions in EU. Account manager will be responsible for generate enterprise business opportunities, will be involved in designing sales annual plan, selling products, and developing the marketing event of the brand. The responsibility of an account manager is to present, promote and sell cloud/Server/Storage products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Your tasks
- Establish, develop, and maintain long-term positive business and customer relationships with key account proactively.
- Identify key account needs and review their marketing requirements.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Coordinate with Field Application Engineer and product manager to provide valuable products and solutions to key clients.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule, development targets and other related performance assessment.
- University degree of Computer Science, Business Administration, International Business or similar, working experience in the IT and Cloud industry.
- Solid background in server and storage sales experience in distributor or system integrator, and you have sales experience with medium or large customer project.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, and you have excellent project management skills, problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skill.
- English and Dutch with business fluency, the third languages like Chinese is a plus.
