Key Responsibilities:
Wholesale Sales & Account Management
- Responsible for Sales across Wholesale Strategic Accounts
- Achieve Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Sales & Revenue targets for Channel by Account
- Achieve Gross Margin Targets for Channel & Account as set out in Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Budgets
- Responsible for day to day Sales and Operations communication with Wholesale Account Teams
- Execute key account sales plan achieved as per business plan set out by account
- Execute Key account sales plan and strategies to achieve account Sales & Marketing targets
Channel Knowledge
- Communicate consumer & marketplace insights across Wholesale Channel in Middle East
- Responsible for monthly submission of sell in & sell through performance with across Wholesale channel
- Be aware of Wholesale market performance, trend analysis & spend appropriate time in the relevant market place for the Middle East markets
- Closely monitor competitor brands and provide feedback within Wholesale account
Communication
- Engage with Middle East Product Manager/s on assortment flow by account
- Responsible for cross network communication with operations and logistics for on time delivery and 100% fulfilment of bookings by account
- Responsible for In Field Account Management Planning & Communication with Wholesale Teams
- Conduct Wholesale Weekly & Monthly sales update meetings with Country Manager
- Responsible for engaging and communicating with Middle East Marketing Teams / Wholesale Marketing teams to Ensure on time Activation and Budget adherence for all key marketing launches
Margin & Price Targets
- Ensure pricing, Gross margin & profit benchmarks are achieved by account
- Present quarterly competitive price analysis for wholesale
- Ensure all costing sheets & system product information is maintained by channel by account
Day to Day Account Management
- Ensure relationships are maintained or established with Key Account Sales Team
- Ensure alignment with Middle East Product line & Regional / Global teams on Footlocker Assortments & Implementation & Execution at local level
- Implement & Deliver Monthly Product Sell through analysis by account by Category
- Conduct Monthly & Quarterly Reviews in market with Wholesale Strategic accounts in Middle East Region
- Manage All field travel with accounts in line with Travel budgets as set out by Country Manager
- Manage Up to date door & pricing plans by market by account
- The Key Account Manager must also strive to deliver companies vision to become a top brand in Region
Forecasting & Purchasing
- Manage all forecast information & data requirements are provided & are maintained/accurate/rolled up.
- Complete & maintain costing sheets and work with Country Manager & Finance to ensure they are maintained and accurate
Other Responsibilities
- Trave frequent travel to Middle East region is required to conduct in-market visit.Field visits with customers in line with travel budgets set out by CM
- Attend relevant Global/Regional meetings & markets when required and have input
- Manage all travel & entertainment costs to budget
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
- 5-8 years of Key Account Management handling distribution channel across Asia or Middle East region
- Industry Experience- Fashion/Apparel/Luxury/Consumer Goods
- Local Middle East Industry & commercial knowledge
