Key responsibilities:
- Heading the Key Accounts, tendering & pricing makes the caliber responsible for building national networks with high level of customers, the scientific committees, heath authorities & key decision makers.
- Ensuring the national access for new & existing products & supporting their market penetration.
- Executing the pricing & reimbursement strategies, also setting the tactical plans for the public sector.
- Managing this critical function makes you the one responsible for ensuring full compliance to all laws & regulations to avoid any reputational/ financial damage.
- You’ve full accountability in managing, coaching & developing your team members.
Key requirements:
- We’re looking for a strong caliber who is aware of the health economics, governmental regulations & laws/ internal SOPs.
- If you’re a leader by nature, with good analytical & negotiation skills, so this is exactly what’s we’re looking for.
- Exceptional communication skills & high records in dealing with decision makers & key stakeholders in both governmental & private sectors.
- 6+ years of experience in same field within the healthcare/ pharma industry is a MUST, and minimum of 2 years of experience with people management.
- Fluency in Arabic & English languages
