Job description

• As a KYC Team Manager, you will be handling the implementation of KYC backend, web, and Apps.
• You will also be able to ensure that all activities are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework, and internal Policies and Policy Standards.
• You will be responsible for managing KYC workflow for a team and ensuring adherence to departmental standards. Tracking all the regulatory circulars SEBI, NSE, BSE, NSDL, CDSL, and other KYC-relevant circulars and completing the required changes accordingly.
• Coordinate with onboarding vendors on developing KYC regulatory implementation,
• Conducting performance analyses on team and developing specific action plans to improve overall performance
• Updating and maintaining all team operational procedures and ensuring proper execution
• Communicating, and interacting with management and peers to influence the decision cycle with respect to effectively managing operational risk; Identifying and report/escalating issues
• Working with senior management on audit preparation, coordination, and communication updates
• Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate employees to meet/exceed performance standards
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Good MS Office and report-generating skills.

Desired Candidate Profile

•  Proven ability to deliver projects on time, with quality under tight deadlines
•  Experience in managing teams and providing hands-on training to teams either on an individual or group basis a big plus
•  Excellent communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders in a different location
• Experience in Operations management with a proven track record
• Performs Quality Assurance reviews of the KYC Analyst's output and provides feedback on the findings

Additional Skills

• Minimum Qualification: Masters / Post Graduation computer engineer from a reputed institute
• Flexibility to work in different shift timings and on certain local holidays (as applicable)
•  AML qualification (e.g. CAMS / ICA) is an advantage
•  Proficiency in English including reading, writing, and speaking
• Fluent in usage of  Microsoft Office suite of applications and other business sources used in the KYC domain
