Roles And Responsibilities:
1.Developed training programs for employee behavioral development and competency development.
2. Training needs the identification of employees.
3. Prepare and maintain the training calendar for all employees
4. Organize and execute training as per the training calendar.
5. Skill matrix preparation
6. Associate identification and maintain the cycle of multiskilling
7. Competency mapping of employees.
8. Encourage employees for training
9. Track employee success and progress
10.Training content development as per requirement.
11.Worked with management to develop training plan and budget.
12. Managed onsite training information and maintained e-learning programs.
13. Reviewed and recommended improvements to existing training programs
14. Develop video training gallery for Associates for the critical job roll.
15.Develop internal manager training program focused on skills in leadership, effective communication, conflict resolution, delivering feedback, coaching for performance and other critical skills.
