Seeking a competent L&D Head with 10+ yrs experience for a fast growing Pune based company into Co-Working Spaces.
They have integrated backwards into fitouts and design.

The incumbent will work closely with multiple functions like Admin, Facilities, Operations etc to identify gaps and address them through curated training programs. 

The individual should be a competent trainer- should be able to innovate on the go, gamify trainings to make it interactive.

Should come with a good network of trainers to create new modules- offered as LMS and Interactive in-person programs
