Job Description
- Act as liaison to organization’s stakeholders and facilitate initiatives across the organization
- Plan and execute learning strategies and programs
- Identify, empanel and manage vendors for learning requirements
- Evaluating external training requests and help facilitating them Supporting internal experts in content and data management
- Assessing the success of development plans Preparing and tracking calendars and budgets Managing external learning
- partners Managing internal LMS, carrying out UATs and enhancement requests Driving initiatives to increase LMS awareness
- Supporting site SPOCs as a SME for LMS and learning initiatives Creating and maintaining L&D reports and presentations for monthly MC and HR review meetings
