Key Skill Ask
- Level-1 and Level 2 analysis of DDoS incidents / issues and mitigation of the same.
- Handling Escalation of DDoS events to support services within stipulated time.
- Pro-actively identify potential large volume network traffic for attack detection
- Customer Interaction who are under attack via phone, chat, email and/or ticketing systems
- Provide proactive and real-time guidance to customers on network configuration, security protocols, and defensive security response along with utilization of attack simulations
- Work on networking or network cybersecurity related – BGP routing, Web Application Firewalls (WAF), Content Delivery Network (CDN).
- Take proactive and reactive steps to mitigate Layer 4-7 security attacks or threats
- Document actions taken in incident management systems, knowledge base, or ticketing systems as required.
- Ensures documented processes and procedures are relevant and up to date.
- Identify, define, and implement process and procedure improvements (SOP).
Years of Relevant Experience
- 5+ year of experience on on anti-DDOS, endpoint security solution
Must Have Skills
- Hands on experience on anti-DDoS solutions
- Good understanding of IP addressing and routing protocols.
- Experience of IP operation, working on different monitoring tools and alarm management.
- Good analytic and trouble shooting skills.
- Good understanding in networking or network cybersecurity related such as BGP routing, WAF, CDN.
- Experience working in SOC, Penetration Testing, Professional Services, Information Security, Networking or System.
Certifications
- CEH or CCNA certification (Preferable)
Technical Skills
- Hands on experience on anti-DDoS solutions

Education Qualification Preference
- Bachelor’s degree (BE/B.Tech ) in ECE, with related telecom NOC experience
