Roles

• Develop and implement last mile network strategy including last mile type definition, geographic, expansion, insource/ outsourcing, etc
• Continuously develop and expand last mile delivery fleets suppliers including delivery service providers, freelancers, regional partners.
• Overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of last mile operations functions, including full accountability for setting and achieving operational goals, analysis, and forecasting.
• Set up and implement last mile operations process and sops to realize expected quality and performance.
• Work with IT team to refine last mile delivery system/ software to improve the last mile visibility and delivery experience of couriers.
• Undertake team management responsibilities to coach and train junior staff.

Requirements

• 5 years plus proven work experience in logistics industry with last mile delivery experience, start up company with 0>1 experience is highly recognized.
• Sense of data and structured thinking
• Initiative, drive for result and resilience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, open to intercultural working environment.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, Mandarin be plus.
