IndustryMarketing Manager
In EMEA, be in charge of managing a portfolio of high-value Original products and oversee the launch process for creative deliverable (static art, AV cut downs, trailers, creative meta data).
As the primary marketing point of contact for the title, collaborate with internal teams and outside agencies on strategic operational issues.
Control all aspects of a campaign's functioning, such as the work-flow, deadlines, and resource allocation.
Evaluate the needs of the project, create creative briefs, get permissions, and make sure assets are developed and delivered effectively in accordance with the production schedule.
Promote Video's creative standards and offer guidance to our stakeholders on best practises for creativity to preserve the high calibre of launches and the consumer experience.
Constantly assess our launch procedures to ensure the best quality and on-time delivery. Constraints on work-flow, problems, and cross-functional bottlenecks should be proactively identified, and operational solutions should be offered.
Be able to anticipate issues and take action to prevent them, control daily escalations, and resolve production problems.
Regularly update stakeholders on the status of the project, any pertinent delays or problems, and any consequences for the budget or the time line.
Basic qualifications
* Minimum of two year's experience of project management, marketing manager or freelance creative producer.
* Experience working with Project Management software to manage the life cycle of a job (e.g. timings, milestones, approvals).
* Experience managing a high volume of projects at once, while working with geographically dispersed teams.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Expert attention to detail and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise, monitor, and manage workload.
Preferred qualifications
* Detailed knowledge of the work flow within a marketing, production company or digital creative department.
* Additional languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish).
* Understanding of digital file and folder management systems (e.g. DAM).
* Static and AV Production experience.
* Experience managing industry/marketing body approvals (e.g. Clearcast).
* Experience working with global cross functional teams.
* Expert attention to detail and organisational skills and the ability to prioritise, monitor, and manage workload.
* Ability to operate autonomously amid-st ambiguity.
