Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support to all departments of the business;
• Review, analyse, negotiate, and draft all kind of contracts with all the players involved in the business;
• Personal Data Legislation + Protect the IP of the business;
• Real-estate negotiations, agreements and different kind of issues;
• Participate in commercial operations.

Requirements:

At least 4 years' experience in a reputed law firm/big4 with proven experience in corporate/commercial law and contracting:

• Master in international commercial law;
• English upper intermediate
