Responsibilities:
Checking and approving the contracts/agreements (letters, orders, rules and other docs) submitted for review in accordance with the requirements of legislation and internal policies of the Company. Process of approving the contractual docs is in electronic system.
Legal support for all departments and employees of Company. 
Consult departments/employees of the Company on legal matters
Daily monitoring of changes in legislation of the RoK, giving information on changes to the interested departments and employees
Drafting claims and notifications for customers and suppliers
Preparing power of attorneys 
Registration of licenses and permits, supporting trademark registration process 

Requirements:

At least three years working as a lawyer in foreign companies or International law firm experience (preferred)
Diploma in Law from the university in Kazakhstan (Bachelor degree)
Excellent knowledge of Kazakhstan legislation
Litigation experience would be a plus 
English upper intermediate 
Attention to details, ability to prioritize tasks and work on multiple projects.
