Responsibilities:

-Providing legal support and protecting the interests of the Company in order to ensure the sustainable development of the Company and improve the efficiency of the Company's commercial and production activities; providing the necessary information and consultations for the management and employees of the Company in order to assist in the development and decision-making

-Constant monitoring and analysis of bills, potential changes in public policies and programs

-Due Diligence Review of Oil and Gas Projects Policies and Procedures

-Drafting, development and legal review of all types of contracts (including export and import contracts, in full compliance with the company's compliance with the contracts requires the application of legislation)

-When reviewing and drafting contracts and other likelihood of occurrence of risks of negative preconditions for litigation, i.e. fines, litigation, etc.

-Development and recommendation of a general strategy for protecting the interests of the Company

-Representing the interests of the Company in courts and other departments, preparing documents (claims, lawsuits, etc.) to protect the interests of the Company

-Active negotiations with suppliers to protect the interests of the Company

-Providing legal support to departments of the Company Claim work

-Cross-functional support - preparation of relevant legal documents, letters, certificates, provision of recommendations and consultations to various departments of the Company

Requirements:

-Higher legal education;

-At least 3 years work experience in the specialty;

-Knowledge of current legislation, understanding of Business

-Knowledge of English (mandatory), Russian, Uzbek

-Interpersonal skills, organization, effectiveness, confidence;

-Computer literacy, ability to work with office equipment.
