Job description:

From Antal International we are looking to incorporate a Lawyer with High English for an important client in the agricultural sector.

Area: Spain

Duties and responsibilities:

- Corporate maintenance of the company

- Prepare and update legal documents

- Review and draft agreements (including confidentiality agreements, non-solicitation agreements, intellectual property rights agreements).

- Providing support on intellectual property matters

- Preparation of cover letters, correspondence and official responses;

- Maintaining files - Communicating with local authorities on corporate/tax issues;

- Communication with local notaries, external lawyers, accountants and auditors.

Key requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in law (Master's degree with specialisation is a plus).

- 3-5 years of experience in law, including contract law and intellectual property protection (will be a plus)

- Advanced English is a must

- Excellent written and communication skills

- Proficient in MS Office package

- Excellent organisational skills and adaptability to a high level of multitasking

- Knowledge of other languages such as: Serbo-Croatian, Turkish or Russian - at least one of them will be a plus
