Job Overview

1. The Lead - Control Tower will be responsible for managing the order management process, ensuring that orders are processed accurately and efficiently.

2. The Lead - Control Tower will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing order management data, identifying trends and areas of improvement, and developing strategies to improve order management processes.

3. The Lead - Control Tower will be responsible for developing and implementing order management policies and procedures, and ensuring that they are followed.

4. The Lead - Control Tower will be responsible for training and mentoring order management staff, and providing guidance and support to ensure that orders are processed correctly.
