They design, develop and manufacture interior components for all automakers.Work Location: Pune, MaharashtraJob Description:- Ensure design meets the guidelines for manufacturing process, tooling, functionality
- Complete CAD/CAE data using best practice and OEM methodology
- Ensure Quality checking of data as per quality checklist before delivery
- Attend the discussions with program team
- Communicate & Share with team members for any update or changes in the parts
- Understand the regional drawing requirements and make drawings accordingly
- Maintain self-utilization
- Work towards improving the technical/CAD/CAE skills by completing the IDP
- Support in successful launch of program for all product engineering activities
- Adhere to program timeline, create e-BOM, maintain Engineering issues list
- Manage regular customer engineering interface to understand product requirements/reviews and timing expectations
- Work with suppliers to acquire part data, samples and quotes as necessary and own supplier relationship for engineering deliverables, including drawings, CAD models and appropriate analysis
Common Requirements:- 4 to 12 years of NX experience is required
- Effective written and oral communication skills in English & Hindi
- Knowledge of any Data Management Systems (TcPLM)
- Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing relative to the function
- Strong knowledge of plastic components, and plastic injection moulding
- Help other Team members to accomplish assignments
- Good Understanding of automotive interiors parts
