About the Role: Managing supply expansion, retention, and demand generation to achieve defined business goals
Job Responsibilities:
● Define and work on a plan to constantly build supply of holiday homes for the region as per sales target and brand
guidelines set by the organisation
● Devise and build a lead pipeline through lead generation campaigns as per the requirement of the region
● Take initiatives to engage with the lead pipeline on an ongoing basis ensuring higher possible conversion rate.
● Negotiate and ensure best commercials for all leads converted.
● Improve the CAC for homes and TAT to make homes live
● Support teams in retention, grievance and the performance of properties on boarded to achieve growth and hit sales
targets
● Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
Required Skills:
● A user-centric approach to drive higher satisfaction among owner, guest, and employees.
● Good in strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making.
● Ability to execute and drive efficiency through continuous process improvement.
● Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and manage.
● Good in advance excel and managing google sheets
● Strong leadership skills with negotiation skill
● Ability to deliver results under pressure and within the deadline.
● Strongly inclined to do high-quality and impactful work in a dynamic environment.
