Qualification & Experience
Ø B. Tech / BE / B.Sc. / Diploma Ø 10 + years of relevant experience
Ø Delivery of quality, cost-effective infrastructure services in a complex & high availability environment
Ø Proven ability to plan and execute workload in a pressurized & dynamic environment.
Ø ITIL Certified or a strong working knowledge of ITIL Incident, Problem and Change Management disciplines.
v ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
v Performance tuning of Dynatrace application and finding automation methods
v Configuring the Collectors ,Web agents, Host agents
v Train users on best practices and Dynatrace features to proactively monitor performance in their environment as well as use the product to identify bottlenecks as needed
v Function as a front-line technical resource for 'best practice' and informal questions
v Design and develop innovative solutions to integrate Dynatrace in customer environment and make it a part of their day-to-day operations
v Ensure and document full deployment of Dynatrace product in customer environment
v Help document best practices in developing and deploying Dynatrace in customer environment.
v Manage competing requests across simultaneous engagements
v Have the ability to manage team and a setup of 450+ JVMS’s
