Qualification :- B.E /M.E Civil

Experience: 12-15 yrs

Responsibilities 

• Apply a thorough knowledge of principles, practices, methods, and advanced concepts in the area of specialization and in related areas of practice.
• Lead and assist multidisciplinary engineering teams to complete complex projects.
• Perform initial project planning, establish project scope, and design criteria, interface with internal clients and stakeholders, coordinate with participating disciplines, and support projects through construction and close-out.
• Prepare scopes of work and inquiries and proposals for outside consultants. Lead efforts to evaluate and select consultants and direct and review their work.
• Interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate assignments, which may include engineering inspections, studies, final design, and technical consultation.
• Assign tasks to and direct the work of support engineers, designers, drafters, and technicians.
• Prepare budgets and schedules for assignments.
• Assist HOD in all areas related to structural designs and project bidding.
• Ensure all quality checks before issuing the drawings for construction.
• Conduct site visits to understand project issues and resolve them.
