Responsibilities:

engineering experience in the following areas is desirable: energy and waste processing technologies, mining, woodworking, chemical, construction, metallurgical and other industries.
development of a program for the construction, reconstruction of the enterprise
selection and development of modern technologies
supply of equipment, including solving logistics and customs clearance issues (DDP)
project management, including the development of design and working documentation
advising on organizational issues related to the project, including applicable standards and design solutions
development of cost-optimized certification and commissioning concepts
coordination and definition of project goals, drawing up a general calendar plan
drafting a project guide
control and maintenance of current documentation in the course of the project
obtaining official permits, as well as the necessary certification of all equipment and installations in accordance with Russian standards
Requirements:

higher technical education
fluency in Russian, German and English
Experience in project management is required
Experience in dealing with authorities is a must
Terms:

five days from 9.00 to 18.00
fixed salary + project bonus
