Qualification:- B.E /M.E Mechanical

Experience: 15-18 yrs

Responsibilities 

• Responsible for completing Piping detail Engineering activities
• Preparing & checking Equipment layouts, Piping layout, nozzle orientation, Piping G.A., Bill of Material and piping specifications.
• Checking of Isometric drawings, Pipe rack design
• Possessing preliminary knowledge of pipe stress analysis
•  Preparing and releasing Technical Bid Analysis
• Attending Kick off Meetings
•  Interdisciplinary coordination with other departments, projects team, and site
• Reviewing Tender documents to understand the scope of work as well as the client's requirements.
• Provide guidance on various piping designs, pipe stress & engineering issues to the team.
• To prepare the list of project deliverables
• Should be able to do costing for mechanical equipment's and piping.
• Co-ordination with other discipline for necessary drawings
•  To prepare co-ordination drawing
•  Make a track list for deliverables.
•  Conduct site visits to understand project issues and resolve them.
• Hands-on experience in Piping Design Basis, Piping Element specification, Equipment Layout, Piping Layout, and Pipe Rack Design inputs to civil. Stage-wise Model Review in 30%, 60%, 90%, Knowledge in 1st and Final Piping BOQ, Piping & Mechanical Tender, Nozzle Orientation, Isometrics, knowledge in Stress Analysis and Piping Estimation.
