Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and updating financial models
- Collecting and verifying data from departments
- Calculation of project payback
- Freight rates for tenders
- Calculation of discounts
- Purchase and sale decision making
- Adapting financial models to bank requirements
- Bank financing
- Business plan preparation
- Providing a full package of documents
- Analysis of bank covenants
- Valuation of assets and cash flow for collateral (jointly with appraisers)
- Analysis of loan agreements, pledge agreements
- Registration of pledges in authorities
- Negotiation: modification of rates, pledges, covenants
Securities:
- Changes of prospectuses, report and placement of shares and bonds
- Dividend calculations and paperwork (together with CFO)
- Calculations for issuance structure, calculations of investment attractiveness of the instrument
- Elaboration and preparation of the Bond Prospectus and registration at the national bank (together with financial consultants)
- Development and preparation of Investment Memorandum (together with financial consultants)
- Preparation and coordination of the complete set of documents for registration on KASE with lawyers, consultants, Listing Commission and other regulatory authorities
- Listing (jointly with financial advisors)
- Review of securities' legal requirements
- Subsidies (once a year)
- Adaptation of financial models and business plans to government requirements
- Preparation and coordination internally, with a consultant, and with state authorities of a complete set of documents for obtaining preferences
- Making amendments to the work program of the concluded contracts
- Submission of semiannual and annual reports on work program fulfillment to the Investment Committee
- Auditing the completion of the work program
- Completing an on-site audit by Committee on Investments upon completion of Work program, receiving the report
- Review of legal requirements of state programs
- Other processes (rare)
- Submission of data, financial calculations, models, documents, completion of questionnaires, etc. for Due diligence, various audits, obtaining ratings
- Gathering and providing information upon request to calculate rates, etc. (once a year) for insurance of assets
- Analysis of financial models, preparation of analytical reports, business valuations for acquisitions
Requirements:
- Thorough, systematic, organized, stable
- MS Excel
- Risk management: project, financial, legal
- Business communication
- Business plan writing skills
- Financial forecasting
- Knowledge of three valuation methods
- Formulation of legal texts
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to read legal acts
- Business valuation
- English language
- Knowledge of financial models
- Experience of working with second-tier banks in attraction of financing
- Higher financial and economic education
