Hiring for the role - Lead Internal Audit for one of our prestigious client wiith 7-13  years post qualification (CA) for Hyderabad location.

JOB PURPOSE :

Provide assurance to the management on the processes, compliances, governance, risks, and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of processes, thereby, adding value to SSC Operations.

ROLES :

1) Audit Universe and Annual Audit Scope completeness as per RBAP (Risk Based Audit Plan)

2) Process reviews (P2P, O2C, R2R, H2R Accounts Payable).

3) Internal Financial Control Testing (IFC) .

4) Audit Reports &Compliance Status Monitoring .

5) Organize coordination meeting between outsourced audit partners and business process owners for speedy resolution of audit issues.

6) Follow up of pending audit observations.

7) Data Analytics & Reporting

8) Preparation of monthly MIS and AC presentations

9) Support GHM in discharging responsibilities / assignments

10) Talent Retention, Career & Succession Planning
