Role details:
- Role: Lead / Manager – Operations
- Reporting Manager: Managing Partner
- Location: Chennai
Role & responsibilities:
- Hire, mentor and grow the team of Consultative Recruiters and foster their careers
- Steer day-to-day operations, in terms of allocating work (hiring mandates) to the Recruiters, balancing between delivery plan commitments to clients and the workload of the Recruiters
- Implement and innovate upon internal policies and practices relating to internal hiring, performance enablement and management, rewards & recognition, learning & development, company assets management, operational excellence and suchlike
- Play the assigned part in client-facing governance and client engagement / account management
- Steer the matrix of capacity, capabilities and competencies of the company, considering current volumes and expected flow of business, working closely with sales and solutions team members
- Play the assigned role on monitoring and controlling company P&L and cashflows
- Play the role of moral compass of the company balancing between defined business and financial objectives, exceeding client expectations and employee career advancement
Requirements:
- Graduation / Post-graduation; MBA preferable
- 3-5 years of work experience, including in leading teams
- Depth in operations and quality concepts, with the ability to execute them consistently
- Ability to keep going at times of quickly shifting business priorities
- Leading by example and by inspiration
- Ability to think AND do
- Awareness of first principles thinking
- Experience in Recruitment, preferable but not mandatory
