Job description

As part of the digitalization initiative you are responsible for automation of the complete tool chain from requirements to validation.

In your new role you will:
 

• Conduct regular stakeholder management to understand the user needs 

• Derife and define projects’ scope and roadmap, and initiate the required activities/projects accordingly

• Lead methodology projects until deployment and ensure its continuity

• Harmonize workflow and data flows for verification engineering methodologies and tools for semiconductor business with initial focus on product validation in the lab

• Ensure efficient and user-friendly integration of related tools (e.g. Verification Management, Verification Execution, Reporting and Analysis Tool)

• Strive for the best solutions with the big picture in mind; actively build alliances to drive harmonization and innovation for highest efficiency 

• Conduct trainings, support expert users and provide guidance to development projects in using the methods and tools

Your Profile

You are fully committed to making product development processes more efficient without making compromise on quality. You are a natural leader with high practical sense in proposing new solutions, which you communicate in a clear and effective way.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
 

• A degree in electrical engineering, microelectronics, physics or software engineering

• At least 6 years of experience in development, verification engineering, test or product engineering, quality management in semiconductor or automotive industry

• At least 3 years of experience in project management including leadership of technical experts

• Knowledge in requirements engineering and related processes, methods, workflows, data flows

• Good moderation skills, guiding discussions to a successful end

• Fluent Business English
