Our client, a large holding group operating in diverse sectors is looking for a Lead Midwife for its Home Nursing business.

The lead Midwife role will be split between business development and Staff Training. 

Must Have –

• DHA license -Registered Midwife
• A minimum of 3 years’ working experience working within a similar role (business development & training)
• The ability to deal with people on different levels.
• The ability to communicate well and clearly with a diverse range of women.
• A caring and calm manner for dealing with emotional situations.
• The ability to react quickly and effectively in times of stress or when immediate decisions need to be made during labour/pregnancy.
• Strong teamworking skills to liaise with different medical professionals.
• Strength, stamina and physical fitness.
• A commitment to equal treatment for all women, irrespective of their background or circumstances.
