What You'll Do
- Lead the design and development of scalable backend systems and microservices.
- Own end-to-end delivery: architecture, development, deployment, and monitoring.
- Collaborate across product, frontend, DevOps, and data teams to deliver seamless experiences.
- Ensure code is clean, secure, testable, and adheres to best engineering practices.
- Act as a technical mentor and thought leader within the backend team.
- Optimize performance across web and mobile platforms.
Requirements
- B.Tech CS / IT or MCA
- 7+ years of strong backend development experience with Python.
- Hands-on with at least one major Python frameworkDjango, Flask, etc.
- Experience designing and building scalable APIs & microservices.
- Deep understanding of multi-threading, event-driven programming, and asynchronous architecture.
- Solid knowledge of ORMs, templating engines (Jinja2, Mako), and security protocols.
- Comfortable with frontend basicsJavaScript, HTML, CSS (for seamless collaboration).
- Experience with Docker, Git, and CI/CD workflows.
- Hands-on with messaging queues like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar.
- Strong debugging, performance tuning, and unit testing experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
