JOB DESCRIPTION: QA Lead Engineer.

Our client is a global technology company that delivers digital transformation solutions to various industries, including finance, healthcare, telecommunications, consumer brands, and public sector clients.  The company's portfolio comprises digital strategy consulting, custom software development, and managed IT services.

RESPONSABILITIES

• Lead eCommerce program test automation activity.

• Build and execute a roadmap for best practices consolidation in test automation.

• Secure E2E tests for both API (Postman) and end user interface (behave, selenium, lambdatest).

• Lead a team of 30 developers  on test written and maintenance.

• Build automated reports and alerts systems.

• Collaborate with product development, technology, and cross-functional teams to deliver feedback on test reviews to promote testing best practices.

PROFILE

• Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years experience in software and/or program testing.
• 5+ years of testing experience.
• Required technical skills: Selenium, Lambda test, behave, Postman, Azure DevOps.
• Strong leadership skills and experience leading a QA team as well as extensive experience in software testing and quality assurance.
• Strong technical knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies, excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
