Role Expectations:
- Own and lead the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process to deliver top talent while establishing and delivering on key success metrics.
- Accountable for building and leading a high energy team of recruiters who will be tasked with recruiting exceptional and diverse talent across the needs of the organization. The incumbent will be responsible for hiring Talent globally during our international expansion.
- Will be responsible for crafting a strategy to hire talent across levels right from Campus to executive leadership.
- The leader will work closely with business leaders to create and implement a sourcing strategy for the business to meet current talent acquisition needs and build a pipeline for future roles while effectively utilizing the process, systems, and tools.
- Partner closely with the CEO, CBO, CTO, People and Culture Business Partners, CEO’s office, Finance teams to drive strong alignment in support of the business objectives.
- Be responsible for taking up special projects on gathering competitive data, industry trends, and talent availability and translate these into successful workforce planning and search strategies.
- Will build an effective Campus Engagement and campus hiring strategy and work with institutes of excellence across the country to hire exceptional talent.
- Will own the training and education to hiring managers and partners on the recruiting process, interviewing techniques, effective networking strategies, etc. inspiring a strong partnership between hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team.
- Build and develop a collaborative and high performing Talent Acquisition team through coaching, mentorship and training.
- Will be representing CredAvenue at multiple forums (local/global/remote/hackathons/hiring events/networking events) and be the primary voice of CredAvenue in attracting talent.
- Will work closely with Talent Branding team and other marketing teams involved in the endeavour building a veritable brand presence for CredAvenue.
