We are looking for a senior Leadership Trainer who can be a part of this empowering learning journey in Delhi NCR.

IC role

Location: Flexible to commute across Gurgaon & Delhi NCR / interim currently at Gurgaon

Experience: 8 + years & 3 + years specially into leadership training (Have trained CXO, AVP, Directors, Future Managers on topics like – Conflict Management, Team Management, team building, leadership experience.. etc)

Reporting: Manager / Biz Head

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide Leadership training and development which helps identify high-potential individuals that are likely to become leaders and extends the capabilities and knowledge of individuals who already perform leadership roles.
• Imparting the new leader’s leadership skills such as listening, conflict resolution and time management, team building and work-life balance.
• Up to date to keep up with new trends and technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and Virtual Reality, so that they can better define the company’s overall vision.
• Deliver impactful role plays and real time scenarios to enable the learners to think out of the box and strategize solutions in a time bound manner.
• Collaborating with the Business and functional heads to understand the business needs and prepare SWOT and gap analysis for feedback.

Must Haves

•             Strong analytical bent of mind.
