Job Description
My client is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to support the Medical Affairs team on a 6-month contract.
This is a hybrid role with at least 2 days in the office
Job Responsibilities
- Managing MS Outlook / Sharepoint calendaring
- Creating and reporting on Quizzes, Surveys and Learning Engagement Technologies (
- Editing Videos (using Panopto)
- Writing and Delivering L&D Communications
Writing and updating surveys and downloading or managing the creation of evaluations reports - Completing paperwork for speaker approvals
- Creating a photobook of new hires (PowerPoint)
- Managing Outlook L&D inboxes
- Managing invite lists for programs
- Ensuring documentation of participation list are kept up to date (word/liaising role)
- Managing and filing in MS Teams
- Developing slides for meetings
- Back up support for onsite local UK meetings
- Updating and maintaining sharepoint sites
- Manage updates and maintenance of L&D equipment (with IT)
- Create and maintain an equipment log of all L&D equipment and ensure everything in checked in/out and we can flag if new equipment is needed
- Learn how to use L&D equipment
- Be responsible for taking laptops to IT, ensuring they are updated and have the programmes you need
Knowledge and Skills
- Highly organised and willing to help out on projects and tasks
- Strong communication, collaborator and project management skills
- Skilled at MS Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams and Sharepoint
- Experience in multi-media work, is preferred
