An independent family-owned company with global market leadership are looking for a Learning and Development assistant offering hybrid working, covering Birmingham and Milton Keynes. Paying £24,000.
Main responsibilities:
- Being the first point of contact for L&D enquiries, supporting teams with training needs and system questions.
- Ensuring that the LMS is up to date, content is reviewed, we are using the LMS to the best of its ability, allowing the user to have a good experience when visiting the platform.
- Assist with the launch and completion of key performance measure in the organisation such as the performance and talent review.
- Work closely with the HRBP's and L&D Manager to support learning activities ongoing.
- Arranging and co-ordinating training workshops as discussed with the L&D manager. From contact with the provider, internal arrangements, LMS activity, launch of sessions, feedback requests and further actions.
- Generating L&D data on request for monthly board reports looking at ways to continue improve format and data included.
- Being responsible for all administration activities aligned to developmental passports from launch, tracking learning activity, through to programme completion and certificate generation and communication.
- Assist stakeholders in the organisation, and the L&D manager with the creation of digital content using platforms available.
- Look after the L&D areas on the intranet ensuring that the learning hub is relevant, up to date and front of mind for associates that visit.
- Provide ad hoc data for reporting as and when required.
- Support the People and Planet manager with administration requests to provide additional assistance to the larger team.
