Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Learning and Development Officer to join our hospitality team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the design, coordination, and delivery of training programs that enhance employee skills and contribute to overall business success.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and implementation of training initiatives and learning programs tailored to hospitality operations.

Coordinate training schedules, materials, and logistics to ensure smooth execution.

Support the evaluation and measurement of training effectiveness through feedback and performance tracking.

Collaborate with department heads to identify skills gaps and training needs.

Maintain training records and documentation accurately.

Help organize onboarding and induction programs for new hires.

Stay updated with hospitality industry trends and learning best practices to continuously improve development activities.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Education, or related field.

Around 2 years of experience in a Learning & Development role within the hospitality sector.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
