Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Learning and Development Officer to join our hospitality team in Dubai. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the design, coordination, and delivery of training programs that enhance employee skills and contribute to overall business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and implementation of training initiatives and learning programs tailored to hospitality operations.

• Coordinate training schedules, materials, and logistics to ensure smooth execution.

• Support the evaluation and measurement of training effectiveness through feedback and performance tracking.

• Collaborate with department heads to identify skills gaps and training needs.

• Maintain training records and documentation accurately.

• Help organize onboarding and induction programs for new hires.

• Stay updated with hospitality industry trends and learning best practices to continuously improve development activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Education, or related field.

• Around 2 years of experience in a Learning & Development role within the hospitality sector.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.
