• Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Role & responsibilities:

• Design and develop comprehensive learning programs focused on healthcare compliance.
• Create engaging and interactive training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and job aids.
• Ensure all training content is up-to-date with current Healthcare regulations and industry best practices.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees at various levels, from new hires to experienced staff.
• Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), compliance officers, and other stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and align learning programs with organizational goals.

Candidate requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in a learning and development role, with a focus on healthcare training.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs in an international BPO or similar environment.
• Experience with e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Comfortable with 24x7 shifts.
