Hiring for a Learning Experience Manager (Healthcare) for a leading digital outsourcing company.

Role details:
- Title / Designation: Learning Experience Manager
- Reporting Manager: Sr Learning Experience Manager
- Location: Gurugram, Haryana
- Work Mode: Work-from-Office
Role & responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive learning programs focused on healthcare compliance.
- Create engaging and interactive training materials, including e-learning modules, workshops, and job aids.
- Ensure all training content is up-to-date with current Healthcare regulations and industry best practices.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops for employees at various levels, from new hires to experienced staff.
- Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), compliance officers, and other stakeholders to ensure training content is accurate and relevant.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and align learning programs with organizational goals.
Candidate requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in a learning and development role, with a focus on healthcare training.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs in an international BPO or similar environment.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Comfortable with 24x7 shifts.
