Job Brief:

To support and guide the development of employee competence through the design, facilitation and evaluation of various learning and development programs.

Major Accountabilities:

• Identify and assess the learning and development needs of employees.
• Develop learning and development interventions that effectively address learning needs.
• Deliver planned learning and development activities.
• Monitor and assess the effectiveness of learning and development interventions.
• Document and report the outcome of learning and development interventions.

Job Requirements:

• A relevant Bachelor’s degree or diploma
• 3-4 years’ experience in facilitation of learning and development or training in a formal setting 
• 3 years’ experience in a healthcare environment
• 1 years’ experience in using an electronic health record system
• Certification in Training and Development or related studies is required
• Knowledge of hospital and/or clinic operations
