Responsibilities:

-Legal examination of documents and contracts

-Development of draft legal documents at the request of

 colleagues

-Judicial representation of the company in civil law disputes

-Consulting of the company's employees, general legal support

-Working with the affairs of legal entities, corporate law

-Preparation of amendments to the constituent documents

-Preparation of draft job descriptions, development of necessary  

 regulations on departments

-Drafting and legal examination of contracts and agreements on

 the financial and economic activities of the company

Requirements:

-Higher legal education

-Work experience in the specialty-from 2 years (in the field of

 wholesale and retail trade)

-Knowledge of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Uzbekistan

-Ability to analyze

-Competent oral and written speech: Uzbek, Russian

Conditions:

-Employment according to the Labor Code of the Republic of

 Uzbekistan

-Work schedule: 5/2
