Directly reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel, you will provide critical legal advice on business-related legal and compliance matters, support teams in handling and responding to contractual claims, and draft and negotiate contracts. You will also develop and implement legal policies, ensure compliance with applicable laws, and represent the company in various proceedings. Your expertise will be vital in maintaining strong connections within the organization and achieving business goals with an acceptable level of legal risk.

Additional Requirements

• Proficiency in French, Arabic & English.
• Must be an independent contributor with experience in MNC as a must
• Must have local Bar Association and accepted before the Court of Appeal.
• Both in-house legal experience and corporate experience are preferred.
