1. Standalone Legal resource i. e. having Legal qualification and Legal experience.

CS Associate Role to be kept out, however, if the person incidentally has CS qualification, it’s fine.
ii. Business Law, Corporate Law experience must.
iii. Business, Commercial Intellect essential.

- Agreement drafting, vetting including vendor agreements, customer agreements.
- Excellent Drafting Skills
- Clarity of thought and communication – speaking, listening, and comprehending.
- Business and Commercial Intellect i. e. be able to holistically look at/process subject-matter, and not only from a “legal” angle. Partner with cross functional teams to add value to the objective.

iv. International Law must, M&A experience: To the extent of ability to liaise with advisors, external agencies.
v. 3-4 years relevant experience with a recognized legal firm or Corporate, mid-sized or large.
vi. Good Law School in Mumbai or otherwise.
