Reporting to the Head of Legal, you will provide legal advice, review and manage contracts, and ensure compliance with insurance legislation and regulatory requirements.

What you’ll do:

• Support the Head of Legal with legal standards and compliance.

• Draft, review, and manage contracts.

• Conduct legal research on insurance and commercial law.

• Advise business units and partners on regulatory matters.

• Assist with training and regulatory submissions.

What we’re looking for:

• LLB or equivalent degree.

• 2–3 years’ experience in insurance/contract law.

• Knowledge of key insurance legislation (Short- & Long-Term Insurance Acts, FAIS, POPIA, Companies Act, TCF Principles).

• Strong research, drafting, and problem-solving skills.
