For Multinational Company, operating in the fashion/luxury industry, we are looking for:

Legal Privacy Manager

The Candidate reporting to Legal Director will be part of legal team, and in this role he/she will work to ensure that data protection and relevant best practices are fully integrated into the compliance framework of the business with reference to UE

Responsibilities:
• Develop internal processes, privacy standards, controls and policies to mitigate key privacy risks and ensure compliance with GDPR
• Conduct a comprehensive privacy and data protection impact assessments, interacting with key stakeholders across the business to detect their current and planned data processing activities
• Interact with external parties (vendors) to communicate appropriate interpretation on data privacy legislation
• Manage the data subject requests by third parties (access, deletion, portability etc.)
• Manage data breaches and privacy incidents, providing coordination and support to the stakeholders
• Develop and manage, in coordination with HR Department and DPO, a comprehensive GDPR training program and promoting privacy awareness throughout the business to keep privacy on the business agenda
• Coordination with the DPO and external advisory firm
• Coordinate the existing Privacy Team, planning the recurring meetings, fixing the agenda and reporting
• Supervise the privacy compliance of the group, interfacing with regions and ongoing privacy updates to the parent company

Requirements:
• Law Degree
• At least 5-7 years of work experience in privacy management, in privacy leadership positions in an international company, fashion sector is desirable
• Microsoft Office, Good technical/IT skills are desirable
• Strong skills in leadership, cross-organizational collaboration, program and project management skills, including the ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects
• Strong knowledge of GDPR and other data protection laws and the primary soft law sources
• Excellent at communicating in spoken and written English.
