Duties:
As part of your responsibilities in this role, you will:

Provide End-User HelpDesk IT Support: Assist end-users with their IT-related inquiries and issues, offering effective solutions and support.

Work with RMM (Remote Monitoring and Management): Collaborate with the Remote Monitoring and Management system to identify and address backend IT issues, ensuring system stability.

Perform Routine Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance tasks on systems and servers to proactively prevent issues and ensure their optimal performance.
