Key Qualifications:
• A degree or equivalent in a numerate or analytical science, such as Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
• A remarkable track record, showcasing at least 8 years of hands-on experience in SQL server coding and SQL server database administration.
• Immersed in the life insurance industry, preferably reinsurance, with a proven background in the data management realm.
• A minimum of 3 years in a leadership capacity, with the ability to guide, mentor, and lead a team of exceptional individuals.
• Bonus points for your familiarity with SQL server integration services or similar ETL tools.
• Your journey should have encompassed a symbiotic relationship with Business Intelligence, coupled with experience in handling diverse data sources.
• You possess a deep understanding of architecture and possess the skills to translate conceptual designs into robust physical and logical databases.
